Ken attended the University of Notre Dame where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1988. Thereafter he attended Saint Louis University School of Law, receiving his Juris Doctor degree in 1991.
Ken began representing employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in 1992 after joining an insurance defense firm in St. Louis, Missouri. In 1995, he moved to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where he worked for Post & Schell, a large defense firm. At Post & Schell, Ken concentrated his practice on the representation of employers and insurers in Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation cases. In February of 2000, he returned to the St. Louis area and resumed working in the insurance defense industry. In March of 2002, he joined Paul Keeven in establishing their own defense firm - Keeven & Voigt, P.C.
Since March of 2002, Ken has devoted 100% of his practice to representing insurers, employers, and third-party administrators in Missouri Workers' Compensation cases. He has given numerous presentations on the defense of workers' compensation claims in the state of Missouri to employers and insurance companies. His practice has consisted solely of representing employers, third-party administrators, and insurers. He has successfully defended employers and insurers in workers' compensation claims on a variety of issues.
